With 23 years as a real estate professional, Cheryl Lowery has dedicated her entire career to helping clients achieve their goals.   As a Charlotte, NC native, she began her life’s work in the Queen City in the mid-90s.  In 2004, she followed her heart to Oak Island, making her dream of living at the beach a reality.  Since then, she has been doing the same for countless clients and has amassed tremendous knowledge of all the beach communities in Brunswick County. 
Cheryl has been recognized by Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage as a Top Producer in her industry for 5 years running.  When she is not showcasing properties or working with clients, you can find Cheryl working in her yard and riding motorcycles with her fun-loving husband Geoff.  Her biggest passion however, is for her pups, two sweet Shih Tzu’s named Ruby & Pearl.

We had a great experience working with Cheryl! Besides having great local knowledge, she also was very knowledgeable of the whole process. She was so patient with us and all our questions and helped us find the perfect beach house for our family! She was always very responsive whenever we reached out to her.
